Biju has worked in the hospitality industry in managing capacity for 3 years.
He has also been hospitality/ customer service trainer for University undergraduate students for 7 years and has also worked with UK Railways customer service for 10 years.
In his spare time Biju enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and two children.
